Do’s and Don’ts in choosing face masks

When selecting a mask, you have many different choices. Ideally, you should avoid masks that are made of materials that make it too hard to breathe. Also, avoid masks with valves or vents that allow virus particles to escape and if you’re not a front line or healthcare worker you should avoid surgical and N95 masks, that should be saved for those types of workers
Bandanas and scarfs are not effective, wear cloth masks with two or more layers to help protect yourself and others from COVID-19.
