The Fight Is Not Over Yet – COVID-19

With numbers of cases down in Connecticut, people may start feeling like the fight against COVID-19 is near the end. Unfortunately, most influenza pandemics have historically struck in distinct wave patterns, with a first peak usually followed by a resurgent second wave six months later. The future shape of the pandemic will be decided both by human action, in the form of social distancing, testing, and other traditional methods of disease control

What we can do is keep following all CDC and health authorities guidelines regarding safety protocols in efforts to keep the numbers down. Remember to wash your hands, wear your face mask, sanitize surfaces around your house, and keep a 6 feet distance from others when possible.
