This summer is set to break heat records around the world, which spells disaster for seniors who may suffer from heat exhaustion and dehydration. Another serious health risk includes skin cancer after plenty of years of being exposed to the hot summer sun!

The Skin Cancer Foundation recommends that everyone and especially caregivers caring for seniors do a head-to-toe exam of their skin each month and make sure they pay attention to any new or changing moles or skin lesions that may be cancerous.
