Dress Up to Feel Up (Infographic)

By any standard, aging is never easy.  Less socialization coupled with spending lonely hours at home is a challenge for anyone, much less a family member in their 80s or 90s.  It’s no wonder that seniors lack enthusiasm for spending time on personal grooming, or simply taking better care of themselves.

Several studies now show that for people of all ages, the act of simply dressing in nicer clothes really does makes you feel better.  But with fewer visitors and “outside the home” excursions, senior citizens often skip the very human process of “dressing up” as they age.
