nMy job responsibilities include helping patients remain mobile by helping them up from bed, transporting them by gurney or wheelchair when necessary or assisting them with short walks. I also help clean and maintain hospital beds and rooms. In addition to direct patient care, I enter patient data into the computers, answer phones calls and alert nursing staff if there are any concerns.

nI worked under the direction of the hall director with a team of 11 resident assistants in total. I was trained to help residents living on campus create and become apart of a community environment conducive to their social growth. My goal was to empower students, identify their needs and determine their goals. I provided different opportunities for student involvement through programs I planned and conducted. As well as I have helped individual students in realizing and implementing a mature approach to personal conduct.
